They were coddled. Parent called their professors, their employers, etc and were overbearing (in my opinion). This generation required a different management style, and softer one. When were they born? 1979-83. Yeah. I resent being put into that category. I worked to get here, I'm happy with where I'm at and I don't expect anything to be handed to me. Yet I hear all the time "I'm going to make 60 thou when I graduate" yeah right sweetheart.
